Prescient Placements garuntees its searches by creating a "vested interest" container that is fully refundable if the search is not completed. The "conatiner" comes off the top of our fee and merely garuntees our time. All fee's and services are negotiable, flexible and case by case depending on our clients needs.

Prescient Placements offers a defined and effective onsite consulting service when your organization is in need of a fast and cost effective staffing solution that encompasses multiple key hires or requires a team to be built.  Prescient Placements will consult with you on the number of hires and roles that need to be filled and then we will create a cost effective, defined plan that is designed to deliver in a hands on and efficient manner.  Our professionals will be highly visible and collaborative while working under a strict time frame that will allow our clients to define the value and service through successful hires.  From screening to managing the onsite interviewing and hiring process and everything in between Prescient Placements has designed a methodology to deliver candidates who will stay and help your business grow.  Each engagement will be custom designed to suit our clients need.

Prescient Placements also offers the services of highly skilled, US based, hourly consultants to help augment specific elements of your mission critical projects. Our markup is 100% visible and will be designed in line with our clients budget and the project need. We do not "sub contract" and we do not require a "conversion fee" should our consultants decide to permanentley join your organization.  We handle all billing, invoicing and payroll services "corp. to corp" in an effort to make urgent consultant hires quick and easy.
